Protect Yourself from Cold and Flu Season

Every year I do what I can to arm myself against the cold & flu season. I wash my hands at every opportunity, I drink plenty of water, and I try to get a solid seven or eight hours of sleep each night.

    When you have a weak immune system, you can catch a cold. The symptoms range from sneezing to runny nose, and having a sore throat or cold. Those susceptible to developing a cold are the young and the elderly, especially those on long term medication for conditions like diabetes and hypertension.

      For reinforcing immune strength, take 2 tablets daily. For maintenance, take 1 tablet daily. Best if taken before meals.

      Life 5
      Take 1 capsule every night following a meal, or as needed.

      Inner Defense
      Take 1 capsule daily in a.m. or take 1 capsule 3-5 times daily when stressed. For best results, use Life 5 8 hours later.

    Personally, since I added Ningxia Red to my Whole Food Super Supersuplement [was called the Greatest Vitamin in the World] and getting my probiotics and extra enzymes from it, I’ve only had sniffles a few times in 4 years. Then I took one Inner Defence and was well by morning. What a difference!
